Bonnie Schneider appears as a meteorologist as a meteorologist on CNN, HLN and other platforms. In March 2012, she will be the TV expert, co-executive and co-producer of a DIY NETWORK special entitled THE LAST HOUSE RESISTING. Bonnie's first published book is EXTREME WATER by Palgrave Macmillan. It was released on January 31, 2012 by Palgrave Macmillan. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. Three days a weeks, Schneider also served as the reporter for WB56 on WLVI TV in Boston. She was the weather forecaster for weekends forecaster for WFOR-TV Miami before moving to WB56. She's held various meteorology, reporting as well as television jobs. This includes: News 12 Long Island - the 24 hour news channel on cable TV network, along with WXII TV - which is an NBC affiliate based in Winston-Salem. Another job she held was an occasional fill-in at The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
